Little Samurai (Ages 4–6) Our Little Samurai program is designed specifically for young children to build confidence, coordination, and focus in a fun, structured environment. At this age, movement and mindset matter most. We teach foundational skills like balance, base, posture, safe falling, standing up properly, listening skills, and respectful partner interaction. Classes are high-energy and engaging while still maintaining discipline and structure. Through age-appropriate drills and games, students develop motor skills, body awareness, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions. We introduce simple self-defense concepts in a positive, confidence-building way—never aggressive, always controlled. Each class reinforces respect, patience, and self-control while helping kids grow physically and emotionally. Our goal is to build strong foundations that carry over into school, sports, and everyday life. No experience needed. Bring: Comfortable athletic wear or academy uniform, water bottle. Ronin Kids Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 7–10) The Ronin program is designed for students ready to develop real skill, discipline, and confidence through structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. At this age, children are capable of learning detailed technique, positional control, and strategic thinking while continuing to build athletic coordination and focus. Classes include takedowns, guard work, sweeps, guard passes, submissions, and controlled live drills. Students learn how to apply technique with precision, control their emotions under pressure, and problem-solve during training. We emphasize respect, accountability, and leadership while helping each child grow stronger—physically and mentally. Ronin students are challenged to think, move, and act with purpose. They begin understanding combinations, transitions, and how techniques connect together, building a deeper foundation in Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense. Whether your child is brand new or has prior experience, this program helps them progress with structure and clear goals. No experience necessary. Bring: Academy uniform or approved training gear, belt, water bottle. Ages: 7–10 years old.

Teens Jiu Jitsu – Musashi (11-15 yrs)

Musashi Teen Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 11–15) The Musashi program is built for pre-teens and teens ready for higher-level training, responsibility, and leadership development. At this stage, students are capable of advanced technique, strategic thinking, and disciplined live training. Classes focus on strong fundamentals while introducing more complex combinations, transitions, and competitive awareness. Students learn takedowns, guard systems, passing sequences, submissions, escapes, and positional strategy. Emphasis is placed on composure under pressure, accountability, and mental toughness. Training develops strength, conditioning, coordination, and the ability to stay calm and think clearly in challenging situations. Musashi students are encouraged to take ownership of their progress. They begin sharpening timing, pressure, and technical detail while learning how to connect techniques into fluid systems. This program builds confidence that carries into school, athletics, and everyday life. Whether training for self-defense, competition, or personal growth, this class prepares teens for the next level of Jiu-Jitsu and leadership. No experience necessary. Adult Jiu Jitsu- NoGi

Adult No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Classes Train fast, dynamic, and submission-focused without the traditional kimono. Our Adult No-Gi classes emphasize speed, timing, body control, and modern grappling strategy. You’ll develop strong clinch work, takedowns, guard passing, leg entanglements, submissions, and defensive awareness in a format that translates directly to real-world application and mixed martial arts. Without fabric grips, control comes from positioning, pressure, and precise body mechanics. Students learn how to manage distance, control hips and shoulders, transition smoothly between dominant positions, and attack with efficiency. Each class includes movement-based warm-ups, positional drills, technical instruction, and live training rounds designed to build conditioning and composure under pressure. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll be challenged and supported at your level. All experience levels welcome. Bring: Rash guard, grappling shorts or athletic wear (no pockets or zippers), water bottle. Ages: 16+ (adjust as needed)
