Adult No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Classes
Train fast, dynamic, and submission-focused without the traditional kimono. Our Adult No-Gi classes emphasize speed, timing, body control, and modern grappling strategy. You’ll develop strong clinch work, takedowns, guard passing, leg entanglements, submissions, and defensive awareness in a format that translates directly to real-world application and mixed martial arts.
Without fabric grips, control comes from positioning, pressure, and precise body mechanics. Students learn how to manage distance, control hips and shoulders, transition smoothly between dominant positions, and attack with efficiency.
Each class includes movement-based warm-ups, positional drills, technical instruction, and live training rounds designed to build conditioning and composure under pressure. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll be challenged and supported at your level.
All experience levels welcome.
Bring: Rash guard, grappling shorts or athletic wear (no pockets or zippers), water bottle.
